Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders across mainland UK. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same working day.
- Dispatch: within 1 working day of your order being placed.
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days for most items.
- Large & heavy items (ride-on mowers, generators, BBQs, sheds and structures): sent by a dedicated freight courier, typically 3–7 working days, delivered kerbside.
- Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Easy 90-Day Returns
Not completely happy? Return your item within 90 days for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment within 7 business days of receipt, and there are no restocking fees. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
