These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments are taken and processed when you place an order with Homewkrs.com, operated by TECH STATION LIMITED. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

Authorisation of Payment

When you submit an order, you authorise us, through PayPal, to charge your chosen PayPal funding source for the full order total shown at checkout. This total includes the price of the goods, any applicable VAT, and delivery charges where relevant. By completing payment through PayPal, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the PayPal account or card used and that there are sufficient funds or available credit to cover the transaction.

Payment is taken at the point of order. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, your order will not be completed and the goods will not be dispatched. We may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

One-Off Charges (No Subscriptions)

All purchases from Homewkrs.com are one-off transactions for the specific goods you order. We do not operate subscriptions, recurring billing, memberships or automatic renewals of any kind. Your payment method will only ever be charged for the order you place at the time you place it. You will never be billed on a repeating basis, and there are no hidden or future charges associated with your purchase.

Price Accuracy and Pricing Errors

We take great care to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free unless otherwise stated.

Despite our best efforts, errors can occasionally occur and a product may be incorrectly priced. Where we discover a pricing error in respect of an item you have ordered, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error and to give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled. Where an order is cancelled due to a pricing error and you have already been charged, we will refund the full amount paid in accordance with our refund handling process below.

Taxes and VAT

TECH STATION LIMITED is VAT registered (VAT number 948328390). All prices displayed include UK VAT, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. A VAT invoice is available on request by contacting our customer service team. As we sell exclusively within the United Kingdom, no additional import duties or overseas taxes apply to your order.

Currency and Non-GBP Cards

All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP, £). If you pay using a card or account denominated in another currency, your card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion and the final amount debited may differ slightly due to the exchange rate used. Your bank may also charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee. These charges are set by your card issuer and are outside our control; we recommend checking with your bank before placing an order if you are paying from a non-GBP account.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, an order or a payment, please contact us first so that we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly. The majority of billing queries can be settled directly and far more swiftly than through a formal bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us can delay resolution and may complicate the return or refund of your order. We are committed to working with you to put things right, and we ask that you give us the opportunity to do so before involving your card issuer.

Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. In summary, you may return eligible items within 90 days, there are no restocking fees, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
