TGrip Pro Series 7 ft Olympic multi-grip barbell with solid non-rotating sleeves and a choice of rubber Olympic plate training kits for strength work.
The TGrip Pro Series Single Handle Bar is a full-length Olympic barbell built around neutral, parallel handles for a comfortable multi-grip approach to pressing, rowing and other compound lifts. It fits standard Olympic racks and benches, making it a flexible addition to home and commercial gym setups.
- Grip: Neutral, multi-grip handle layout with knurled handles and cambered curl grips.
- Length and weight: 7 ft long, 35 lb bar with 20 in between the handles.
- Sleeves: Solid, non-rotating 1.90 in diameter ends, compatible with TGrip 1.90 in heavy-duty spring collars.
- Compatibility: Accepts Olympic plates with a 2 in centre hole and fits Olympic-width benches, cages and racks.
- Shaft: Lightweight hollow shaft suited to progressive loading.
- Load rating: Weight capacity rated in excess of 600 lb.
- Training kits: Choose from three rubber Olympic plate sets, ranging from a light 2.5 to 10 lb pairing up to a full 2.5 to 45 lb assortment.
