Order Status & Tracking

This page explains how to check the status of your order with Homewkrs.com and how to track your delivery from the moment you place your order through to its arrival at your door. We want every part of your purchase to feel clear and reassuring, so we keep you informed at each key stage.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you complete your purchase, we send an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms the items you have ordered, the total you have paid (all prices include VAT), and your unique order number. Please keep this order number safe, as you will need it for any enquiries about your order or delivery.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us so we can confirm your order has been received and processed correctly.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been picked, packed and handed to our carrier, we send a separate dispatch email. This email contains your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress with the relevant courier.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update and begin showing movement. This is normal and simply reflects the time it takes for the carrier to scan and register the parcel into their network. If your tracking number does not appear to update within this period, there is usually no cause for concern, and the parcel will still be in transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping across the United Kingdom. Typical delivery timescales are as follows:

  • Standard items: 1 to 3 business days in transit once dispatched.
  • Freight and oversized items: 3 to 7 business days in transit, delivered to kerbside.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Larger items such as generators, BBQs and bulky lawn-care equipment are delivered by a specialist freight service to the kerbside of your property. If Your Order Has Not Arrived

The vast majority of orders arrive comfortably within the timescales above. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of your dispatch email, please get in touch so we can investigate straight away. Email us at Help@homewkrs.com with your full name and order number, and our team will contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.

Your Statutory Rights

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where we have agreed a specific delivery date or period with you, we will make every reasonable effort to meet it. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time, or within a reasonable period where no specific date was agreed, you may be entitled to request delivery by a later agreed date, or in certain circumstances to cancel the order and receive a refund. These rights are in addition to, and do not affect, any other rights you may have under our Refund and Returns Policy or applicable law.
