Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to addresses outside the UK at this time. Standard delivery is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend required. You can read the full details on our Shipping Policy page.
How long will my delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (our handling time), after which standard transit takes 1–3 business days. Larger items that travel by freight or pallet courier — such as ride-on mowers, generators and bulky outdoor furniture — typically arrive within 3–7 business days and are delivered to the kerbside. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
Is there an order cut-off time?
Yes. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number along with a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you have created an account, you can also view your order status by logging in. Should you have any difficulty tracking your delivery, please contact us and we will check the status for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems, so your card details are always protected.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on Homewkrs.com are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no hidden charges at checkout, and standard UK delivery is free.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a generous 90-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Returns are free, and we charge no restocking fees. Provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry if anything is not right with your order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue where possible. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Many of our products — including generators, lawn-care machinery and power equipment — are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed on the relevant product page. In addition, all purchases are protected by your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which cover goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
