We ask that you contact us privately and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before sharing any information about it publicly.

What to Include in Your Report

To help us assess and address your report quickly, please include the following where possible:

  • A clear description of the vulnerability and the potential impact you believe it has.
  • The exact URL, page or system component affected.
  • Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue.
  • Any proof-of-concept details, screenshots or logs that support your findings (please do not include real customer data).
  • The browser, device or tools you used, and the date and time you observed the issue.
  • Your name and preferred contact details so we can follow up with you.

Scope

This responsible disclosure process covers the Homewkrs.com website and the online systems we directly operate. Issues affecting third-party platforms, payment providers or services we do not control fall outside this scope, although we are still grateful to be made aware of them so we can notify the relevant provider.
