These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Homewkrs.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products from our online store. The Website is operated by TECH STATION LIMITED (company number 06672220, VAT number 948328390), trading as Homewkrs.com. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor, user and customer of the Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order with us. Your continued use of the Website constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms in force at that time.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and supply a valid delivery address within the United Kingdom. We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

3. Product Information, Pricing and Errors

We take care to describe our outdoor living, lawn-care, garden tools, generators, BBQs and outdoor essentials accurately, including images, specifications and prices. However, slight variations in colour, dimensions or packaging may occur, and product details may be updated from time to time. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT. Despite our reasonable efforts, occasional errors in pricing or product information may occur. Where an obvious error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it, to cancel or decline the affected order, and to refuse or limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance and Formation of Contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it; this is not acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the goods have been sent. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where goods are unavailable or where we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you have authorisation to use it. All payments are processed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

6. Delivery and Returns

We offer free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Full timescales and arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. You may return eligible items within 90 days, with refunds processed within 7 business days of us receiving the return and no restocking fees applied. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the full procedure. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and page design, is owned by or licensed to TECH STATION LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the Website available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TECH STATION LIMITED against any reasonable losses, costs or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Website.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Website unlawfully. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior arrangements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last Updated” date above shows when the current version took effect, and the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
