The ENO Enosign 40 is a French-made electric plancha that swaps gas for clean, controllable radiant heat. Digital control and a double-wall cast enamelled plate make it easy to dial in the right temperature for searing and griddling.

- Control: Digital temperature control with thermostatic regulation and a residual-heat indicator light
- Temperature range: Adjustable from 80 to 360°C (680°F)
- Cooking plate: Double-wall cast enamelled plate with smooth multilayer coating, anti-splash rims and a juice channel
- Frame: Stainless steel 304L with a polished marine finish and four adjustable legs
